Operations Team

My name is Zhuwau Nota, and I am part of EPIC (Empowering People In Care)’s Operations Team. I have worked as a Finance Officer since May 2026. 

My role focuses on supporting EPIC’s financial management and operations, helping to ensure the organisation’s resources are managed effectively and responsibly. Through my work, I contribute to financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance processes that support the delivery of EPIC’s services.

Before joining EPIC, I gained over 18 years of experience working with international NGOs, charitable organisations, and private sector companies. Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in finance management, grants compliance, budgeting, logistics, attorney accounting, and internal audit standards, with a strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
