EPIC’s Submission to the Committee on the Rights of the Child

With and on behalf of young people in State Care in Ireland, EPIC prepared a submission to the Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) who are developing a General Comment on Adolescents.

The submission highlights key issues for young people in State Care under the four guiding principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child: Non-Discrimination, Best Interests principle, Voice of the Child and Survival and Development.
